WEB PAGE DESIGN RIGHTS: After pay the amount agreed for website design/development, graphics, illustrations, text, and program code created by SPEEDY SIGNS for the site will be owned by the customer. SPEEDY SIGNS will retain the right to reprint, redistribute, or otherwise use this content for its own promotional or development efforts. Any original technical development or conceptual inventions generated will remain the intellectual property of SPEEDY SIGNS. EARLY CANCELLATION: If you wish to cancel service before the end of the contract while on the monthly payment option, 60 day notice is required prior to cancellation, and monthly payments will be due during that 60 day period. If you wish to cancel service before the end of the contract while on the yearly payment option, and within the first year of service, 100% of the remaining term commitment is due. Subsequent year cancellation on the yearly payment option will require 60 day notice, and monthly payments will be due during that 60 day period.
HOSTING AND DOMAIN SERVICE: Those are included on the first year of service, counted at the moment your website is uploaded. After the first year ends, the hosting will cost $19.99 monthly payment, ($239.88 annual); however if the client agrees to pay the hosting service: "whole year upfront", Speedy Signs Website will give to client a substantial discount by dropping the annual payment to $120, which means $9.99 per month. Regard the domain service after the first year, the client has to pay $20 (annual payment), this amount could be dropped 5% off, if the client agrees to renew the domain and hosting for over 2 years. If the client doesn’t want to pay for the domain and hosting SPEEDY SIGNS remain both for one year more, but the website will be put off internet and public accessibility. If the client desire to transfer the domain to their own hosting, there is a cost involved: $50 for transferring the domain, in this case the content and or website created/developed could be transferable as well but there is a cost involve, which will be set depending of the size of the website.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Our only liability to you for service interruptions is as follows: In no event shall we be liable for interruptions or delays in transmission, nor for errors or lost data, or for failure to transmit when any such problems are caused by acts of fire, war, riots, government authorities, or by other causes beyond our control. We will not be liable for any actual or consequential damages. No credit allowance will be given for interruptions caused by your negligence or by your willful acts, or for interruptions caused by failure of service other than our service, or equipment failure of any kind. Interruptions for less than twenty-four (24) hours total duration will not be credited. In no case shall the credit exceed the monthly service charge. This is our complete and only liability.
